Submit a Poster
portal opens December 15
Showcase your research by displaying a poster during the Poster Plenary, a highlighted, marquee event of the conference, which will include refreshments for attendees.
Posters can make use of writing, diagrams, and photographs, both in the poster design and in linked media. Multimedia and other interactive elements can be embedded using URLs and QR codes created and hosted by the presenter. We also welcome (and encourage) presenters to include raised images, braille, captioned audio-visual material, and other options for accessible engagement beyond the visual.
All posters will be displayed on mobile fabric pin boards; to fit, they should be equal to or less than 4 feet wide and six feet high (121 cm x 182 cm).
