Submission Guidelines

The Basics

We’re accepting submissions for the following categories:

• Full Panels of 4-6 papers

• Individual Papers (to be assembled into panels)

• Roundtables (engaged discussion among presenters and attendees)

• Workshops (interactive participation between presenters and attendees)

• Poster Presentations (for the Poster Plenary Session)

You can serve up to two roles; either:

• one major role and one minor role; or

• two minor roles and no major role

NOTE that these limits apply regardless of the order in which an individual may be listed as a co-organizer or co-presenter

Major roles include:

• Paper presenter

• Poster presenter

Minor roles include:

• Roundtable presenter

• Workshop presenter

• Discussant

NOTE that serving as an organizer won’t affect your other roles, BUT you can be listed as an organizer on only one submission.
