Choose a scholarly issue or debate and stage a discussion among presenters and attendees as part of an organized roundtable.
All roundtables are 90 minutes long.

Roundtables can have 1 additional co-organizer (for a total of two)
There can be between 4 and 6 presenters total
What you’ll need
The sole or lead organizer is responsible for gathering all of the following for submission
Participant information*
Roundtable title (20-word maximum)
Roundtable abstract (200-word maximum)
Any accessibility accommodation requests
*participant information includes the full names, email addresses, and institutional affiliations of everyone on the roundtable, as they would like these to appear in official communication
